Process start from when the QWILR is signed.

1. Confirm onboarding delivery model mapping
2. Obtain list of staff from the client to import in CRM.
3. Create Managed Services Plans on CRM
4. Import the contacts -> needs an automation to generate the seats with 'onboarding status'

Where do you discover the various systems to add user too ? Are those the onboarding forms ? Do we do any of that pre deal signature
