Design and Planned Work

The Commercial Services design describes the intended commercial model and identifies the implemented baseline. Its delivery plan owns remaining work, decisions and acceptance checks. The target reuses Managed Services Plans as Services and MSP Invoice Lines as Service Lines, with Billing Events for charges. The exploratory Commercial Services module is consolidated into that structure and retired after its useful evidence and dependencies are transferred.

Read the design to understand the model, then the plan to understand what is ready and what still needs delivery. The CRM structure preparation maps the live original Plan/Line fields and workflows to the installed Client Services / Service Lines display and API names, reused relationships and required additions. The cutover record records the completed structure tranche and verification. For current operations, consult the business rules and the staff Handbook. The MSP billing rationale explains the implemented billing boundaries independently of these proposals.
